วันที่ 9 กันยายน 2563 เวลา 13.00 น. มหาวิทยาลัยจัดโครงการอบรมอาชีพ "ไอศกรีมจากผักปลอดสารพิษ" ณ ห้องประชุมวรลักษณานงค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษา ที่มีความสนใจฝึกฝนอาชีพในการมีงานทำ

สถาบัวิจัยและพัฒนา เดินหน้าสร้างพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและอาชีพเศรษฐกิจฐานราก โดยการวางแผนการดำเนินงานในปีแรก สร้างคนศักยภาพให้มีวิชาชีพสอดคล้องกับวิถีบ้านเมืองระนอง-เน้นสุขภาพ ปีที่สอง เสริมองค์ความเพื่อทำมาหากิน เรียนแล้วต้องประกอบอาชีพได้-กลุ่มอาชีพภัฏพัฒน์ @ระนอง ทำบัญชี อยู่ได้เป็นทีม ปีที่สาม ฝึก นวด ผลิตภัณฑ์ จำหน่าย สร้างอัตลักษณ์ เชื่อมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ซึ่งเน้นจากการทำจากเล็กไปใหญ่ เดินทีละก้าวให้มั่นคง  วันที 25 ก.พ.2563 จัดกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมกลุ่มอาชีพฯ “ห้องเรียนชุมชนนี้ดีมาก เราต้องทำบ้านเราให้ดี อยู่กับท้องถิ่น ให้เหมาะกับท้องถิ่น” ถือเป็นกำลังใจที่สำคัญในทำงานต่อไป โดยคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา สาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวและบริการ และชาวบ้าน จัดกิจกรรมติดตามการดำเนินงานการพัฒนากลุ่มอาชีพภัฏพัฒน์ระนองนวดไทย ณ ห้องเรียนชุมชน วิจัย และบริการวิชาการ จังหวัดระนอง โดยชาวบ้านสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพที่ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรนวดไทย 150 ชั่วโมง ของสาขาวิชาการแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ วิทยาลัยสหเวชศาสตร์ เป็นวิทยากรในการถ่ายความรู้นวดผ่อนคลายเบื้องต้นด้วยตนเองให้แก่คณาจารย์และนักศึกษา เพื่อให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้
